Returns
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Refunds
As an on-demand print retailer, we do not stock our items to be able to offer an exchange like a traditional retail store. We do not refund/reship orders for buyer's remorse and size exchanges. A new order, at the customer's expense would need to be placed for an updated size or color.
However Wacky Toons will offer a refund and shipping costs in the event of receiving a wrong, defective or damaged product.
Exchanges
Wacky Toons only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email with picture of product and detailed description of the issue at contact@wackytoons.com We will contact you to follow up the claim.
